2 Smart Jointer 1,5 kg: filler putty to cover tile and mosaic grout joints. High-adherence and quick-drying joint filler available in various formats that fits a variety of sizes. Its purpose is to smooth the surface before applying the ready-to-use Smartcret microcement. Resistant to water and ambient humidity, it can be used in bathrooms without any issues.
2 Smart Primer GRIP 2Kg: serves as an adhesion promoter, a ready-to-use primer with aggregate that generates a rough surface with superior adhesion capability on substrates exhibiting low absorption, playing an essential role in enabling the subsequent bonding of microcement.
2 Smart Base 16kg: ready-to-use microcement specifically designed for preparation purposes. With a coarser grain, it's applied to the base support to enhance solidity and consistency. The product is pigmented and serves as a preliminary step, not intended as the final finish.
2 Smart Liso 6kg: finishing ready-to-use microcement is applied after Smart Base, providing the final touch. It's a DIY product, already pigmented for convenience. With a much finer grain, it offers a smooth touch for your desired finish.
2 Smart Varnish 2L: ready-to-use water-based polyurethane varnish. Seals and protects the new microcement coating against abrasion and water wear, among other factors. This varnish enhances the color and is available in matte and satin finishes.
Sanding discs: sandpapers with different grits to sand all layers of the products included in the super ready-to-use microcement kit for tiled surfaces (172ft2/16m2). Includes 10 sandpapers grain 40, 20 sandpapers grain 220, and 10 sandpapers grain 400.

Application of Super Microcement Kit for Tiled Surfaces (172ft2)

Clear the surface of dirt and grease. Once drying is complete, outline the area where the product will be poured with adhesive tape.
Fill the joints with 1 layer of Smart Jointer. Allow a drying time of 24 hours. Then, sand the surface with a 40-grit sandpaper.
Prepare the surface to ensure proper adhesion of the microcement. Using a roller, apply 1 coat of Smart Primer GRIP. Before use, manually stir. Allow drying for 2 to 4 hours.
Dip the Smart Roller in the Smart Base and spread the microcement thinly (less than 1mm) on the wall vertically, then horizontally. Smooth it out with the polycarbonate trowel using arcing motions in all directions. Repeat this process until the surface is completely covered and smooth. Allow 6 hours of drying time between layers and sand after each layer with a 40-grit sandpaper. Apply a total of 2 layers of Smart Base.
Follow the same process with the Smart Liso. Use the Smart Roller and the trowel to spread the microcement thinly (less than 0.5mm) until the surface is fully covered. Allow 6 hours of drying time between layers and sand after each layer using a 220-grit sandpaper. Remove the adhesive tape immediately after application or after complete drying. Apply a total of 2 layers of Smart Liso. Let it dry for 24 hours after the final coat.
24 hours after finishing the application of Smart Liso, reapply adhesive tape. Apply 3 coats of Smart Varnish sealer; in wet areas such as bathrooms or high-wear floors, we recommend applying 4 coats. Allow 4 hours of drying between coats. Sand the first and second coats with a 400-grit sandpaper.
Our Smart Varnish achieves maximum resistance after one week (seven days).

IMPORTANT: Ensure that the surface is compatible for applying our microcement super kit for 172ft2/16m2. In the case of dents, chipping, breakage, or excessive moisture, address these issues before applying our ready-to-use microcement.
