Smartcret Shipping Policy
To which countries do we ship our products?
We offer worldwide shipping. You can easily place your order through our online store. If you have any questions or want to confirm delivery to a specific country, feel free to contact us.
Shipping agencies deliver packages to the street level, meaning they won't bring them directly to your home; instead, they'll be delivered to your door.
Don't forget to check the condition of the packages before signing for delivery to the shipping agency. If any of the products are defective (broken or damaged), please mark the carrier's delivery note as "NON-CONFORMING" or "BROKEN GOODS." Otherwise, the shipping agency's insurance will not be responsible for replacing the material.
Customs Costs
Customs costs are not included in the shipping quote. You will likely have to pay import duties, taxes, and other charges separately before your package is released. These fees are completely beyond Smartcret's control.
How long does it take for orders to arrive?
Our standard delivery time is two weeks after payment.
How can you cancel an order?
We can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped and we receive your request before 3:00 p.m (Spain hour), which is when our shipping partners collect the orders.
What payment methods do we accept?
At Smartcret Do It Yourself, you can pay by Bizum, Klarna (except US), bank transfer, credit card, debit card, Google Pay, Click to Pay, shop Payor via PayPal.
