Shipping policy for Smartcret products

 

Which countries do we ship to?

Shipping on kits is FREE and included in the price in every country we deliver to. The rest of the catalogue shows its shipping cost at checkout.

You can place your order directly from our online shop without any problem. And if you have a question or want to confirm that we ship to your country, do get in touch.

Carriers deliver to the street door: they will not carry the parcels up to your home, they will hand them over at the entrance.

How long do orders take to arrive?

Delivery times run from the moment we prepare your order and the carrier collects it at our warehouse:

United Kingdom and Ireland	6 to 9 working days
United States	10 to 14 working days
Canada	12 to 16 working days
Australia	2 to 3 weeks

If your country is not on this list, write to us at info@smartcret.com before ordering and we will confirm the delivery time.

*Delivery times are set by the carriers independently of Smartcret. Any delay in those times is down to the carrier alone and will not be a valid reason to return an order.

How can you cancel an order?

We can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet and we receive your request before 15:00, which is when our carriers collect the shipments.
