Smartcret Shipping
We ship worldwide. Do you have questions? Contact us at info@smartcret.com The delivery time is two weeks from the moment your order is paid.
Smartcret Order Cancellation
We can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped and we receive your request before 3:00 PM (Spain hour), which is when our transport agencies make their daily pickup.
Smartcret Product Exchanges and Returns
Would you like to exchange or return your order? You have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt to do so.
In both cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be handled through a transport company.
To begin the process, please send us the invoice for the order. Once we receive it, we will proceed with the corresponding refund.

For exchanges, once the returned item is received at our warehouse, we will send the new product as soon as possible. The estimated delivery time is approximately 5 working days from the date we receive the original order.
Damaged Smartcret Orders
If your order arrives damaged, we recommend contacting our customer service department immediately by sending an email to info@smartcret.com. Our team will handle the issue and find the most suitable solution in the shortest time possible.
It is very important to inspect the condition of the order before signing the delivery note.
If you detect any damage, it must be recorded on the delivery note, and you must inform us within 48 hours. After this period, we cannot be held responsible for any damage.

At Smartcret, you can pay for your order using: Bizum, PayPal, Google Pay, Click to Pay, shop Pay, Klarna (except US), bank transfer, and credit or debit card.
