Delivery times run from when your order is prepared and collected by the carrier at our warehouse: 6 to 9 working days for the United Kingdom and Ireland, 10 to 14 working days for the United States, 12 to 16 working days for Canada and 2 to 3 weeks for Australia. If your country is not listed, write to us and we will confirm it.

Cancelling Smartcret orders

We can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet and we receive your request before 15:00, which is when our carriers make their daily collection.
