Smart Liso is a ready-to-use microcement for the finishing. This means that Smart Base must be applied beforehand to give the floors and walls the necessary consistency. Its pre-prepared composition for use does not require prior mixing, allowing direct application that only requires opening, shaking, and applying. It's already pigmented!

Application of ready-to-use microcement for the finishing Smart Liso
The ready-to-use microcement for finishing, Smart Liso, is the second application step in the Smartcret Do It YOURSELF system. Once the installation and drying of Smart Base, the preparation microcement, are complete, apply protective adhesive tape again to delimit the area.
- Remove the previously pigmented Smart Liso ready-to-use microcement with a spatula. Apply 2 layers with the Smart Roller for microcement, using the Smartcret polycarbonate trowel to smooth it down. Allow a drying time of 6 hours between each layer. Sand each coat with a 220-grit sandpaper. Remove the adhesive tape immediately after application or after complete drying.
- After 24 hours from the application of the last layer of Smart Liso microcement, protect the new surface with water-based polyurethane sealer, Smart Varnish. Apply 3 coats, 4 in bathrooms and high-traffic floors, leaving 4 hours between each. Sand the first and second coat with 400-grit sandpaper.
Our sealer reaches maximum resistances after seven days. We recommend respecting this period to enjoy your new microcement coating.
