These premium products deliver a professional finish on a variety of interior surfaces, including tiles, mosaic, marble, terrazzo, and others.
This Super Microcement Kit for kitchens, bathrooms and showers, made for 16 m² of non-absorbent surfaces, includes:
- 2 Smart Jointer 1.5 kg: Tile grout joint filler. It's a high-adhesion, quick-drying filler used to smooth the surface before applying Smartcret's ready-to-use microcement. Resistant to water and ambient humidity.
- 2 Smart Primer PLUS 1 L: Water-based acrylic primer used to enhance adhesion of Smartcret microcement on non-absorbent surfaces.
- 4 Smart Base 8 kg: Preparatory ready-to-use microcement. This pigmented product with larger granules is applied to the base surface to ensure its consistency. It doesn't provide the final finish.
- 2 Smart Liso 6 kg: Finishing ready-to-use microcement. This pigmented product, applied after Smart Base, has a finer granule size and is responsible for providing the uniform, smooth, and soft aesthetics of the microcement.
- 2 Smart Varnish 2 L: Ready-to-use water-based polyurethane varnish. It seals and protects the microcement from external agents such as abrasion or water damage. It enhances the color of the new coating and is available in matte and satin finishes.
- 4 Smart Booster 50 g: Component B added to the varnish for enhanced protection against chemical agents, increased hardness, and resistance to abrasion.
- Sanding discs: Sandpapers with different grains for sanding the various layers of the products included in this Super Kit. You'll find ten 40-grit sandpapers, twenty 220-grit sandpapers, and ten 400-grit sandpapers.
Please note that Smartcret offers a separate toolkit for applying microcement, which is not included in this ready-to-use Super Microcement Kit for kitchens, bathrooms and showers but is necessary for correctly applying the products. These tools include rollers, a tray, protective masking tape, and a polycarbonate trowel.
Do you want to apply the Super Kit of Microcement to your countertop? Perfect! Our microcement is ideal for bathrooms thanks to its water resistance (no standing water) and resistance to ambient humidity. For kitchens, we do not guarantee it, but if you want to try it, follow these tips:
- Protect the surface from heat. Placing very hot containers directly on the countertop could damage it. Always use a board or placemat, just like you would with any delicate countertop.
- Do not cut food directly on the microcement, as this could cause stains and ruin its finish. Always use a cutting board.
- Be careful with stains. Do not leave oil or vinegar stains for too long. Protect the surface for up to 8 hours with Smart Varnish and Smart Booster, which provide chemical resistance (see table in the technical data sheet), and clean the countertop with Smart Cleaner to keep it in perfect condition.
