Its purpose is to smooth the surface before applying the ready-to-use Smartcret microcement. Resistant to water and ambient humidity, it can be used in bathrooms without any issues.
2 Smart Primer GRIP 2Kg: serves as an adhesion promoter, a ready-to-use primer with aggregate that generates a rough surface with superior adhesion capability on substrates exhibiting low absorption, playing an essential role in enabling the subsequent bonding of microcement.
2 Smart Base 16kg: ready-to-use microcement specifically designed for preparation purposes. With a coarser grain, it's applied to the base support to enhance solidity and consistency. The product is pigmented and serves as a preliminary step, not intended as the final finish.
2 Smart Liso 6kg: finishing ready-to-use microcement is applied after Smart Base, providing the final touch. It's a DIY product, already pigmented for convenience. With a much finer grain, it offers a smooth touch for your desired finish.
2 Smart Varnish 2L: ready-to-use water-based polyurethane varnish. Seals and protects the new microcement coating against abrasion and water wear, among other factors. This varnish enhances the color and is available in matte and satin finishes.
Sanding discs: sandpapers with different grits to sand all layers of the products included in the super ready-to-use microcement kit for 16m2 on non-absorbent surfaces. Includes 10 sandpapers grain 40, 20 sandpapers grain 220, and 10 sandpapers grain 400.

How to apply the super microcement kit for 16 m2 on non-absorbent surfaces

Clear the surface of dirt and grease. Once drying is complete, outline the area where the product will be poured with adhesive tape.
Fill the joints with 1 layer of Smart Jointer. Allow a drying time of 24 hours. Then, sand the surface with a 40-grit sandpaper.
Prepare the surface to ensure proper adhesion of the microcement. Using a roller, apply 1 coat of Smart Primer GRIP. Before use, manually stir. Allow drying for 2 to 4 hours.
Now, it's time for the ready-to-use microcement. Cover the non-absorbent surface with 2 layers of Smart Base microcement using the Smart Roller polyamide roller, simultaneously smoothing it out with the polycarbonate trowel while wet. Allow 6 hours between layers. Sand each layer with a 40-grit sandpaper.
Next, finish decorating the wall and/or floor with Smart Liso microcement. Apply two layers of Smart Liso with the Smart Roller polyamide roller, while simultaneously smoothing it out with the polycarbonate trowel for a flawless finish while wet and allow 6 hours of drying between coats. Sand each coat with a 220-grit sandpaper.
24 hours after finishing the application of Smart Liso, reapply adhesive tape. Apply 3 coats of Smart Varnish sealer; in wet areas such as bathrooms or high-wear floors, we recommend applying 4 coats. Allow 4 hours of drying between coats. Sand the first and second coats with a 400-grit sandpaper.
Our Smart Varnish achieves maximum resistance after one week (seven days).

IMPORTANT: Ensure beforehand that the surface is compatible for applying our microcement super kit for 16m2. In the case of dents, chipping, breakage, or excessive moisture, address these issues before applying our ready-to-use microcement.
