Want to Make an Exchange or Return?

  • For exchanges or returns on your order, they must be initiated within 15 days of receipt.
  • In either case, the customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred by the courier company for both exchanges and returns.
  • To process an exchange or return, the customer must send the invoice to the provided shipping address. Upon receipt, a refund for the amount will be issued.

How Long Does It Take to Make an Exchange?

Upon receiving the order in our warehouses, we will send out a new item as soon as possible. The delivery time for the new product is approximately 5 working days from receipt of the order.

How Long Do Orders Take to Arrive?

Our standard delivery time is two weeks (15 days) once the order has been paid.                           

Which Countries Do We Ship To?

We ship worldwide. Customers can place orders through the online store without issues. For details on specific countries or if you have questions, please reach out to us.

How Can an Order Be Cancelled?

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped and if the cancellation request is received before 3 pm in Spain, which is when partner transport agencies pick up orders.

What Is the Payment Method?

At Smartcret, we accept payments by Klarna (except US), Bizum, shop Pay, Click to Pau, Google Pay, bank transfer, credit card, debit card and PayPal.

What happens if you receive the order in poor condition?

Should you receive damaged goods, we recommend contacting our customer service department. They will manage the issue and offer the most appropriate solution in the quickest time possible.

It is essential to thoroughly check your order and ensure that all items are in good condition before signing the delivery note. Should any damage be found, it must be recorded on the delivery note, and you must notify us within 48 hours. Failing this, we will not be held liable for any damages.                         

Are discounts cumulative?

It depends on the promotional code campaign. Some discounts promoted by third parties, such as content creators collaborating with Smartcret, can be combined. In any case, we will always specify in each campaign whether the offers announced can be combined with other promotions or not.
