How Long Does an Exchange Take?

Once your order is received at our warehouses, we'll send out a replacement item as soon as possible. Expect the new product to arrive within approximately 5 working days from the order receipt.

For air shipments to the US, customers can expect delivery within two weeks (15 days) once the order has been paid.

How Can an Order Be Canceled?

Orders can be canceled only if they haven't been shipped and if we receive the cancellation request before 3 pm in Spain, which is when our partner transport agencies pick up orders.

What happens if you receive the order in poor condition?

Should you receive damaged goods, we advise reaching out to our customer service department. They will handle the incident and provide the most suitable solution in the shortest possible time.

It is very important to check the status of the order and verify that all products are in good condition before signing the delivery note. If any defect is found, it must be noted on the delivery note.

Are discounts cumulative?

Discounts and promotional codes are not cumulative. This means that a customer can only use one discount or promotional code per transaction. Thus, those discounts announced by third parties, such as YouTubers or collaborators, cannot be combined with other discounts already applied to the products available on the website.
