This solution is designed to renovate jointed surfaces (tiles, mosaic, floor tiles…) without removing them. Check these four points before choosing size and colour.

Compatible surface

Surfaces with stable joints: tiles, mosaic, floor tiles, terrazzo or marble. This is not the right kit for plaster, drywall or cement substrates.

Coverage

Measure the height × width of each surface. The calculator adds a 10% margin and recommends the right kit size, or a combination for larger projects.

What's included

Joint filler, primer, microcement base coats, finish, varnish, additive and sandpaper: the complete layer-by-layer system.

What you need separately

Sealer roller, polycarbonate trowel and basic tools. You can find them in microcement tools.

What’s included and what do I need separately?

The kit includes all the Smartcret system products needed for your surface and your square metres: you will find them detailed one by one, with their quantities, in the ‘Description’ tab below. You will also need a sealer roller, a polycarbonate trowel and basic protection and application tools. The microcement comes ready to use, already pigmented; only the final coat of varnish is mixed with its booster.

How do I choose the coverage?

Measure the surface to be covered: for walls, width × height of each section; for floors, worktops or furniture, length × width of each face. Subtract only large openings, add up the total and add a 10% margin. Choose the kit whose m² is equal to or greater than the result; if in doubt between two, go for the larger one. How long does the project take?

The full project takes 3 days. The varnish reaches full cure from 7 days.

Can I return or exchange the kit?

Yes: you have 15 days from receipt for exchanges and returns. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and you will need the invoice to process it. See the full conditions.

Is it right for my surface?

Each kit is formulated for a specific project and surface: you will find it in the kit name and in the line with ✓ above the coverage selector. If your surface is different (for example, plasterboard instead of tiles), use the assistant at the top and we will take you to the right kit. First repair any loose piece, active crack or damp problem.

This ready-to-use microcement kit is designed to transform up to 4 m² of non-absorbent bathroom walls like tiles, mosaic, marble or terrazzo. No pigmenting, no building work. A single mix — the varnish with its enhancer at the end. Just open it, apply it and get ready to be amazed.

Inside the box, you’ll find:

Smart Jointer (1 x 1.5 Kg): the filler that wipes out joints and imperfections.
Smart Primer PLUS (1 x 0.5 L): the primer that sticks even to the trickiest surfaces.
Smart Base (1 x 8 Kg): the coloured preparation microcement that gives strength and structure.
Smart Liso (1 x 3 Kg): the final finish: smooth, pigmented and love-at-first-sight gorgeous.
Smart Varnish (1 x 1 L): the invisible shield to protect your masterpiece. Choose matte or satin finish.
Smart Booster (1 x 50 g): the secret weapon that makes the varnish even tougher.
Sanding sheets: 3 x grit 40, 5 x grit 220, 3 x grit 400.

Application

Give your tiled, mosaic or marble bathroom walls a total makeover in 5 steps – and zero drama. With this ready-to-use microcement kit, you don’t need experience, just the desire to transform. Forget the “I’d better call a pro”: this makeover is all yours, at your own pace and with your own hands.

1. Bye-bye grout, hello clean slate

Clean the surface thoroughly (mosaic, marble, tiles...) and apply Smart Jointer to fill joints and even things out. Let it dry for 24h and voilà – fresh start, no demolition needed.

2. It all starts with a good primer

Apply Smart Primer PLUS – the adhesion wizard that gets microcement to stick to even the most stubborn surfaces. One coat, 30 minutes of drying time, and you’re good to go.

3. Time to build body and strength

Apply two coats of Smart Base. Start with the Smart Roller, then smooth with the trowel at a 45° angle. Between coats: 6h of drying and a gentle sanding (grit 40). Your bathroom walls are already on their way to wow.

4. The magic touch

Time for Smart Liso. Two coats with the same method, 6h drying in between, and a fine sanding with grit 220. The result? A smooth, elegant texture that feels as good as it looks.

5. Real-bathroom-proof protection

Mix Smart Booster with Smart Varnish and apply 3 coats. Choose between matte or satin finish. Your new bathroom walls will resist splashes, humidity – and even jealous looks.

🧠 Smart Tips for a flawless finish:

✔️ Sand gently by hand between coats. Skip the electric sander – it can damage the finish.

✔️ Apply thin, even layers. When it comes to microcement, less is more.

✔️ Use the trowel at a 45° angle for a smooth, continuous surface.

✔️ Respect the drying times: the varnish needs 7 full days to reach maximum strength.
