This solution is designed to renovate jointed surfaces (tiles, mosaic, floor tiles…) without removing them. Check these four points before choosing size and colour.

Compatible surface

Surfaces with stable joints: tiles, mosaic, floor tiles, terrazzo or marble. This is not the right kit for plaster, drywall or cement substrates.

Coverage

Measure the height × width of each surface. The calculator adds a 10% margin and recommends the right kit size, or a combination for larger projects.

What's included

Joint filler, primer, microcement base coats, finish, varnish, additive and sandpaper: the complete layer-by-layer system.

What you need separately

Sealer roller, polycarbonate trowel and basic tools. You can find them in microcement tools.

What’s included and what do I need separately?

The kit includes all the Smartcret system products needed for your surface and your square metres: you will find them detailed one by one, with their quantities, in the ‘Description’ tab below. You will also need a sealer roller, a polycarbonate trowel and basic protection and application tools. The microcement comes ready to use, already pigmented; only the final coat of varnish is mixed with its booster.

How do I choose the coverage?

Measure the surface to be covered: for walls, width × height of each section; for floors, worktops or furniture, length × width of each face. Subtract only large openings, add up the total and add a 10% margin. Choose the kit whose m² is equal to or greater than the result; if in doubt between two, go for the larger one. You can also use the calculator in the selector.

How long does the project take?

The full project takes 3 days. The varnish reaches full cure from 7 days.

Can I return or exchange the kit?

Yes: you have 15 days from receipt for exchanges and returns. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and you will need the invoice to process it. See the full conditions.

Is it right for my surface?

Each kit is formulated for a specific project and surface: you will find it in the kit name and in the line with ✓ above the coverage selector. If your surface is different (for example, plasterboard instead of tiles), use the assistant at the top and we will take you to the right kit. First repair any loose piece, active crack or damp problem.

📌 Before you dive in, keep this in mind:

This kit doesn’t include tools, but you can add our accessories kit: anti-burn trowel, Smart Roller, masking tape... everything you need for a flawless finish.
The sanding sheets are designed for manual sanding. Going wild with a power sander? Not a great idea—too much pressure could ruin the surface.
Microcement is water-resistant, but not made for standing water. So if you’re applying it on the shower tray, make sure it has a proper slope towards the drain—at least a 10 % gradient.

Application

Transforming your shower doesn’t have to be a saga. With this microcement kit for tiled and mosaic showers of 16 m², every step takes you closer to a stylish, joint-free bathroom—no building site required. You’re just a few layers away from your infinity shower: the ultimate oasis of calm.

2. Activate adhesion

Apply Smart Primer PLUS, the primer that makes the impossible possible: microcement sticking to non-absorbent surfaces.

3. Build structure with Smart Base

Apply two coats of Smart Base. Start with the Smart Roller, then use the trowel at a 45° angle. Let dry for 6 hours between coats, sand with 40 grit—and breathe. The transformation is underway.

4. Refine with Smart Liso

Here comes the elegant, seamless texture. Two coats again, with 6 hours between them. Sand with 220 grit and watch your shower go from “home-made” to “home-magazine”.

5. Seal it with Smart Varnish

Add Smart Booster to your Smart Varnish and apply three coats. Water? Not a chance. All it can do now is admire your new microcement shower.

🧠 Smart tips for a flawless finish:

Sand by hand and with care between each layer. Your microcement will thank you. Too much pressure from a power sander could burn the product.
Keep the trowel at a 45° angle to achieve a smooth, even, surprise-free finish.
Applying on the shower tray? Make sure water flows properly toward the drain. A slope of at least 10 % is your best friend.
Give the varnish time: Wait 7 full days before using your new shower. That’s how you get full resistance and long-lasting results.
