With this microcement kit and a bit of skill, in just a few days you’ll have a bathroom worthy of an interior design magazine.

1. Set the stage

Clean, repair, and protect anything you won’t be coating. Dust and grease are like uninvited guests—better if they don’t show up.

💡 Tip: Masking tape and plastic sheeting are your best allies for avoiding “decorations” you didn’t plan on.

2. Time for primer

Apply Smart Primer ABS with a roller over the entire surface. This primer makes microcement cling like a glove to absorbent substrates such as plasterboard, plaster, cement, or concrete.

💡 Tip: Don’t rush—respect the drying times and you’ll gain in durability.

3. Build the perfect base

Spread the first coat of Smart Base with the Smart Roller and smooth with the polycarbonate trowel at a 45° angle. Let dry for 6 hours and sand lightly with grit 40. Repeat for the second coat.

💡 Tip: The trowel angle matters. Always keep it at 45° to avoid burns or grooves.

4. The fine touch

Apply two thin coats of Smart Liso, sanding between them with grit 220 and allowing 6 hours of drying time for each. The result: smooth, continuous walls that are addictive to the touch.

💡 Tip: Less is more—thin coats reduce the risk of cracks and make sanding easier.

5. Protect your masterpiece

Mix Smart Booster with Smart Varnish and apply 3 coats with a microfiber roller, allowing 4 hours between each and sanding with grit 400 after the first and second coats. Choose matte or satin finish.

💡 Tip: The varnish reaches its maximum resistance from day 7.
