How to apply the 24 m² microcement kit for tiled bathroom walls
There’s no construction work here—just transformation. Get ready to turn those tiled walls into a sleek, seamless surface with zero grout lines in sight. 1. Clean slate, ready walls
Start with a deep clean—no dust, grease or damp allowed. Got cracks or uneven areas? Time to fix them.
Then bring in Smart Jointer: fill the joints and smooth the surface to create a blank canvas.
🕒 Drying time: 24 h. Sandpaper: grit 40.
2. Prime it like a pro
Apply Smart Primer PLUS gently and evenly. One thin coat over marble, mosaic, porcelain or tiles, then wait 30 minutes. That’s when the magic kicks in.
3. Layer by layer, it takes shape
Now for Smart Base. Apply two coats: use the Smart Roller, then smooth with a 45° angle plastic trowel. Wait 6 hours between coats, then sand lightly.
🔧 Sandpaper: grit 40.
This is when your bathroom starts to glow.
4. Time to finish strong
Enter Smart Liso, the smooth, joint-free finish. Same tools, same routine: two coats with 6 hours in between, then one final sanding.
🔧 Sandpaper: grit 220.
The result: a sleek, continuous surface so elegant it’ll reflect in the mirror.
5. Lock in the wow
Mix Smart Varnish with Smart Booster and apply three super thin coats. Wait 4 hours between layers, sanding after the first and second.
🔧 Sandpaper: grit 400.
🕒 Full curing: after 7 days.
