Inside the box you’ll find everything you need for a simple, quick DIY renovation with a professional finish — even if you’re not a pro:
- 2 × Smart Primer ABS (1 L): primer for absorbent substrates that wakes up your floor and gets it ready for action.
- 2 × Smart Base (16 Kg): the foundation that adds body and strength. Pigmented base microcement.
- 1 × Smart Medio (16 Kg): ready-to-use finishing microcement that turns an ordinary floor into one with character. Pre-tinted.
- 2 × Smart Varnish (2 L): the shield against stains, moisture and splashes. Matte or satin — you set the mood.
- 2 × Smart Booster (100 g): the extra toughness that makes your varnish near-indestructible.
- 12 × Sandpapers, grit 40: because before the shine comes the smoothing. For Smart Base.
- 20 × Sandpapers, grit 80: to keep things uniform between coats. For Smart Medio.
- 12 × Sandpapers, grit 400: the final touch for a magazine-worthy finish. For Smart Varnish.

Application
How to decorate with your microcement kit for cement or concrete kitchen floor up to 16 m²
Not mini, not XXL: 16 m² is the sweet spot to dive into microcement without fear. Applying it over cement, mortar, concrete or self-levelling compound is easier than it sounds. No building work, no dust, no drama. Just you, your motivation — and these steps:
1. Prepare the surface
Vacuum, sweep, mop… whatever you prefer, but leave it dry and grease-free. See cracks or defects? Fix them first: a well-prepared base is half the job.

2. Wake the surface with Smart Primer ABS
Roll on one even coat with the orange roller and let it dry for 30 minutes. This takes your floor from “meh” to “ready to grip everything”.
3. Build the base with Smart Base
Apply two thin coats (< 1 mm each). Spread with the Smart Roller and smooth with the polycarbonate trowel at 45°. Between coats: 6 hours drying + grit 40 sanding. This is where your floor starts building muscle.
4. Dress it up with Smart Medio
Apply two thin coats (< 0.5 mm), same method: Smart Roller, trowel at 45°, 6 hours drying and grit 80 sanding between coats. Now you’ll see the seamless finish you were after.
5. Final shield with Smart Varnish + Booster
Mix varnish and additive; apply 3 coats with 4 hours between. Sand the first and second coats with grit 400. Give it 7 days to cure and you’ll have a microcement kitchen floor ready for stains, humidity and real life.
🚨 Important: keep the trowel at 45° and sand by hand to avoid damaging the finish. Skip the electric sander — too much pressure can burn microcement. Keep layers thin (excess thickness can cause cracks). Respect drying times; our varnish reaches maximum strength after day 7.
