In the ready-to-use Mega Microcement Kit for 24 m² walls, you have everything you need to completely update areas by yourself.

This Mega Kit consists of high-quality products to completely transform entire rooms with surfaces of plaster, drywall, concrete, etc.

• 3 Smart Primer ABS 1 L: Water-based acrylic primer. This product is designed to improve the adhesion between the substrate and the microcement, ensuring even absorption across the entire surface.
• 4 Smart Liso 6 kg: ready-to-use microcement. This pigmented product has a fine granule size and is responsible for providing the uniform, smooth, and soft aesthetics of the microcement.
• 2 Smart Varnish 2 L: water-based polyurethane varnish. Ready-to-use, it seals and protects the microcement from traffic, water, etc. It also enhances the color of the coating. Available in matte and satin finishes.
• Sanding discs: You'll find twenty-four 220-grit sandpapers, and twelve 400-grit sandpapers

Please note that Smartcret offers a separate toolkit for applying microcement, which is not included in this ready-to-use microcement Mega Kit but is necessary for correctly applying the products. These tools include rollers, a tray, protective masking tape, and a polycarbonate trowel.

Application of the Mega Microcement kit for Walls - Covers 24 m²

1. Ensure the area is free from cracks, dents, or similar imperfections. Once checked and/or repaired if necessary, make sure it is clean and grease-free. When completely dry, it is advisable to mark the boundaries of the area to be treated with masking tape.
2. Prepare the surface for treatment. Use a roller to apply a layer of Smart Primer ABS, making sure to shake the product before use. Let it dry for 30 minutes.
3. Application of microcement. Spread a thin layer of Smart Liso (less than 0.5 mm) over the entire surface with the Smart Roller, starting vertically first and then horizontally. Next, use the trowel at a 45º angle to smooth the surface with arcing movements in various directions until it is completely smooth. Allow each layer to dry for at least 6 hours and sand with 220-grit sandpaper after each layer has dried. Apply a total of 3 layers of Smart Liso. Finally, carefully remove the masking tape and we recommend letting the surface rest for 24 hours after the last application for best results.
4. Reapply the masking tape and apply 3 layers of Smart Varnish with a roller. Remove the masking tape immediately after application or after it is completely dry. Allow 4 hours of drying time between layers. Sand the first and second layers with 400 grit sandpaper. Finally, to ensure perfect curing, let it dry for 7 days.
5. *Important: to enjoy flawless walls, the trowel must be tilted at a 45º angle when applying microcement. Otherwise, the material may get scratched, leading to unsightly marks. Likewise, using an electric sander instead of manually sanding each layer can create excessive friction and burn the surface. The sandpaper grits included in this kit have been carefully selected for manual sanding. Our trowel is anti-scald, the use of another trowel can also compromise the final result.
