This 6 m² microcement kit for furniture is designed to help you turn that forgotten piece into the new star of your home. No weird steps, no missing materials, no stress: everything you need is right here, so you can transform with your own hands and zero hassle.
With 100% professional-grade products and a DIY soul, the result is as beautiful as it is durable. And the best part? The process is almost therapeutic.
- 1 unit of Smart Primer ABS (1 L): water-based primer to ensure the microcement sticks strongly from the first layer.
- 1 unit of Smart Liso (6 Kg): ready-to-use microcement, pigmented and silky-smooth. For a seamless, smooth, elegant finish.
- 1 unit of Smart Varnish (2L): water-based varnish that protects your furniture from daily wear, stains and scratches. Available in matte or satin finish.
- 9 sanding discs included: 6 discs of 220 grit and 3 of 400 grit, perfect for flawless manual sanding between layers.
What about the tools? Sold separately—but we make it easy: grab our application kit with anti-burn trowel, Smart Roller, tray, masking tape and more. So your piece looks perfect from the very first coat. (Trust us, cheap tools = tears later.)
Application
From forgotten furniture to must-have piece: how to apply the 6 m² microcement kit for furniture step by step
Your furniture already has a story. Now it’s time to give it some style. Applying our ready-to-use microcement is as simple as it is rewarding. No building work, no weird tools, no fear. Just you, your piece, and the desire to create something amazing.
1. Prep the surface
Clean the furniture thoroughly: goodbye dust, grease or traces of its past life. Make sure it’s dry and, for a pro-level job, tape off the areas you want to protect.
2. Prime time
Using the roller, apply one coat of Smart Primer ABS. It dries fast (around 30 minutes) and helps the microcement stick beautifully. You're off to a great start.
3. Microcement on point
Stir the Smart Liso and apply a thin layer (<0.5 mm) with the roller. Smooth it out with the trowel at a 45° angle. Wait 6 hours, sand with 220 grit, and repeat twice more. By the third coat, you’ll want to show it off to everyone.
4. Seal your masterpiece
Apply 3 coats of Smart Varnish, waiting 4 hours between each. Sand between coats (400 grit) and allow 7 days to cure. Et voilà: your furniture is ready to shine—and last.
*Smartcret tip: avoid using an electric sander (it might damage the surface). Our sanding discs are made for manual use. And our trowel included in the tools kit is anti-burn, for a smooth and safe finish. Using tools not tested by Smartcret could ruin your precious piece.
